GDPR
In connection with the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the above regulation, we hereby provide the required information. As of 25 May 2018, you are entitled to specific rights related to the processing of your personal data by Bascon.pl.

2. Your personal data may be processed for one or more of the following purposes:
a. To perform a contract to which you or your represented company are a party, or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
b. To comply with legal obligations applicable to the controller, such as accounting, tax regulations, etc. (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
c. For purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party, including acquiring potential commercial clients, conducting marketing, resolving claims, etc. (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
d. For sales and marketing activities based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. Your data was obtained through:
a. Direct submission via forms, email, or correspondence.
b. Public sources and registers such as CEIDG, KRS, REGON, NIP, PKD, company websites, public ads, or official helplines.
c. Purchased databases from third parties confirming they have your consent for processing and transferring the data.
4. Based on our business activities targeting individuals, we may process: name, surname, phone numbers, email addresses, and IP addresses.
5. Your data may be shared with service providers necessary for contract execution (e.g., accounting, courier, telecom, hosting, legal, analytics, marketing, payment services, product suppliers), and with authorized authorities based on legal obligations.
6. The data controller does not intend to transfer your data to third countries or international organizations.
7. Data will be processed for the longest of the following periods:
a. As required by law (accounting, tax).
b. Up to 3 years from last contact.
c. Duration of warranties/services.
d. Contract duration.
e. As long as needed to pursue or defend legal claims.
f. Until the limitation period of claims expires.
8. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, object to processing, and data portability.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority if you believe your data is being processed unlawfully.
10. Providing personal data is necessary to receive a response or complete a contract. Without it, we cannot fulfill these obligations.
11. Your data is not subject to profiling. Automated actions are limited to email, website, invoicing, and debt collection systems.
12. We fulfill the information obligation no later than one month after obtaining data or at the time of first communication with the data subject.
13. Information is provided based on how the data was collected:
a. From website form – via link redirect.
b. From business card – via follow-up email with a link.
c. From paper correspondence – via postal or email response with a link.
d. From email – via electronic response with a link.
e. From public sources – via email after initial contact.
f. From commercial databases – via email with a link.
14. If deletion of your data is required, we will remove or anonymize all records unless technical constraints prevent it. We will always strive to fulfill your request unless it is technically or organizationally impossible or would require excessive effort—in which case we will explain why.
